I have been a customer of Talquin Electric Cooperative, Inc for several years now and I must say that their service is average. They provide reliable electricity, but their customer service could use some improvement. There have been times when I had to wait on hold for a long time before speaking to a representative. Overall, they are an okay company to do business with.
