Absolutely disgusted by the telephone manners. The first time I called in they hung up. I called again and gave them my details and they couldn't find any of my applications. They kept asking for more information. The language spoken by them was absolutely pathetic. I feel that street language isn't suitable in a professional setting. I didn't get the answer I was looking for and was told that I am not eligible for any apprenticeships despite exceeding the entry requirements. Will not be applying here again. The other places I have applied to, I recieved far better service.
