I recently had the opportunity to work with an insurance company that wasn't Fireman's Fund, and I must say, it was a breath of fresh air. The customer service was outstanding, and their rates were competitive. I didn't have to jump through hoops or deal with any unnecessary red tape. It's a shame that Fireman's Fund didn't meet my expectations, but at least now I know there are better options available.
