I have been a customer of Pershing Heights, Inc. for several years now and I must say, their service is average. The quality of their products is decent and their prices are fair. However, their customer service can be improved. There have been a few instances where I had to wait on hold for a long time before speaking to a representative. Overall, I would give them a 3-star rating.
