I had a mixed experience with Behavioral Concepts LLC. While the therapists were knowledgeable and dedicated, there were some communication issues that affected the overall experience. I found it challenging to get consistent updates on my child's progress and to have my questions addressed in a timely manner. However, I appreciate the effort put into designing individualized treatment plans and the impact it had on my child's behavior. With some improvements in communication, I believe Behavioral Concepts LLC can deliver even better results.
