The whole experience from A-Z was great. John Landry quickly responded to my general inquiry. We made an account within a couple days, and our documents were picked up as scheduled. All our documents were stored in bankers boxes that were stacked up against the wall and the Shred Authority guys brought their wheeled container and emptied all the contents of our boxes into their one large receptacle. The nice thing about it is that we can recycle the bankers boxes over and over. Their service is quick, reliable, professional, and affordable. Thank you again!
