I am a CUSTOMER and I want to share my experience with The Identity Project. It was an average experience overall. The website was user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, I expected more from their services. The customer support team was helpful but not exceptional. In terms of value for money, it was okay. I would recommend The Identity Project if you're on a budget and looking for a basic solution.
