Great location-that's the only thing going for it. Room 147-It's 11 p.m. trying to sleep while a "Ball" is occurring in the meeting rooms that the front desk assured us all usually end at 5 at the latest. Asked the front desk when party was scheduled to end was told 10:30. Somewhat hard to sleep after a long day of sight seeing when a banquet is occurring right across the hall with shouts and applause. So much for that "upgraded room" I was told at check in. These rooms should not have been let for the night if a banquet was going to be happening past 9 p.m. Constellation prize is complimentary breakfast-not sure how that makes up for lost sleep. It's now 11:47pm and still going on but now with guitars and music-no sleep here. Have called now 4 times with no resolution.

Not a place for any less abled body person to stay either. The bath/shower will kill you if you don't pay careful attention when getting in and out of it. Nice tub for a bath but the 2ft drop out of the tub will kill you if you don't pay attention. No hand rails just the bathroom door and the sink to hold on to-I'm able bodied and I find it hard to get in and out of.

Make sure to ask if any events are going on your floor because staff didn't seem to care that sleep was not possible.

Otherwise, hotel was clean, concerige was helpful. Would I stay here again, No.
