I have been at Nick's acting studio for almost 7 months now. I had no acting background at all, an engineer by profession, at 27 years old. I went in, and the teachers at the studio really went far and beyond to help me learn the techniques and secrets behind giving truthful and honest performances. If you really want to get scrutinized, and learn, and grow into a better actor then this is the place. Do not walk in here thinking you will be hearing "Excellent Job" unless IT IS AN EXCELLENT JOB. Every weakness, every mistake, every inch that can be improved upon will be pointed out, and better WILL be demanded. Classes are fun and everyone you work with is friendly. There is no shortage of questions asked or the answers given by the teachers. Every teacher has his own style of teaching, and there are a lot of options. Scheduling is easy because Nick is very flexible and will try his best to get you in a time and class that fits you. You also get a free audit class to explore the waters. Acting turned out to be completely different than what i thought it was, but with the right people around you, everything is fun and nothing is impossible. Nick's acting studio is strict and professional, enough to keep you serious and focused, you need that if you want to make it as an actor. But there are perfectly timed light sessions between so that it is never too overwhelming. It is a perfect mix!
