So...I blew a power supply on my work PC on Monday...

So...I blew a power supply on my work PC on Monday. I promptly ordered a replacement from Dell (at twice the price), who on Tuesday sent an order confirmation that it would not ship for 7 days. After cancelling the order, I did a Google search for the power supply, and came across Impact Computers at 4 pm on Tuesday.

I placed a quick phone call and was almost immediately connected to a real person (which is rare these days). Dennis was very kind and prompt, and promised the part would ship that afternoon.

Sure enough, by 6pm EST I had a shipping confirmation and a tracking number, and had the power supply next morning at 10 am.

I have about 25 Dell computers, and plan to deal with these guys from now on.
