I recently booked a trip with Premium Europe and I must say it was an average experience. While the booking process was smooth and easy, the overall quality of the services provided was not impressive. The accommodation was decent, but the customer service was lacking. I had some issues during my trip and had trouble getting a timely response from the company. I expected more from a premium company like Premium Europe.
