My family members has restless legs for years. We called it the walking dead! Then this team comes in to the Santa Cruz county. They had a meeting and we all went there they explain what they were all about and from there on we had hope! Restless legs is just a nightmare! It affects my arms, legs, feet and in my back. I found myself walking the floor at and stretching, rocking and crying I found myself thinking I was going to go insane!! Since I found sleep health MD I got the help and my insanity so did my son and brother! It takes awhile to get the right method that works for you individually. Dr Masri is my specialist. He is a kind individual, he listens, is very empathetic and isn t afraid to give me a hug when I need it and I need one today and I thank him for that! Dr Masri thank you for helping me work through this insanity and for giving me hope and peace of mind to be able find a way to get some sleep. I hope you realize how much you ve done for me!
