I booked this hotel for the weekend break a while ...

I booked this hotel for the weekend break a while ago but was unable to travel due to Covid virus situation. When I contacted the hotel booking staff about the possibility of the cancellation - I've experienced one of the best and helpful customer service ever ! Nicole from Ramada booking office has been quick to respond, polite and super-helpful in offering the best solution for rescheduling the existing booking. Well done Nicole, well done Ramada in general - I travel a lot and your hotels will be my first choice wherever possible.
