This is absolutely the worst organization/institut...

This is absolutely the worst organization/institution I have ever dealt with. I called to ask the rep how I can appeal a crown that was installed in 2017 by a dentist office that did a poor job of put in the crown. I new something was wrong and finally went to another dentist office who showed the crack in the crown and that the actual crown was too big to begin with. I had attempted to tell that to the dental office that put in but they told me that all was good. When I called delta they told me I would have to mail in a quality of care letter explaining my issue and providing all details and any evidence. I asked why I can't email or fill out an online form. They said they don't have that. When I asked why they had no explanation? I told the rep this didn't make sense and becomes a very cumbersome process to use snail mail to communicate regarding this incident. The reps response well this is all what we have, nothing we can do to help. I am doing everything I can to switch our entire organization not to use this company. They truly deserve a zero rating and now understand why their overall ratings are less than 2.0. Pathetic!!!
