My interaction with Dirección de ddhh de la procuraduría general del estado-ecuador was not as smooth as I had hoped. The staff seemed overwhelmed and were not able to provide me with the assistance I needed in a timely manner. The website was also difficult to navigate. I would suggest that they improve their customer service and website usability.
