Bought a Kyocera printer. I had to call for repair...

Bought a Kyocera printer. I had to call for repair 3 times in 1 month. Duplitron kept charging me each time the repair person came to fix the same thing. I then tried to get a contract. I literally called 5 times and no one ever returned my call. I tried to order 5 toners and they only sent 1, which broke and spewed black ink all over my papers, office, me.
Everytime I call, no one is accountable for anything. It is really unbelievable and I am so disappointed.
