I had a decent experience with a solar installation company. They did a good job, but I think there are some areas where they could improve. Overall, the installation process went smoothly and the system is working fine. However, I found the customer service to be lacking at times. There were a few instances where it took a while to get a response to my queries. I think better communication would greatly enhance the overall customer experience. Nevertheless, I am satisfied with the end result.
