I ordered a 326 pound tiller attachment in 7/15/20...

I ordered a 326 pound tiller attachment in 7/15/20 they tried to deliver on 7/24/20 I pay for delivery fees and expected for it to be delivered. When the item was trying to be delivered they did not provide a truck with a lift or hand fork to move the heavy attachment and could not deliver that day! After punching jobs back and losing money the I spoke with Caleb again and he resent the item again! I was told that the item would be delivered on 8/10/20 when the attachment was about to be delivered, I find out that they still don t have to right truck to get the attachment off the truck. I then speak to the manager Bill and he tried to help by telling me I can stop my work day and rush to the terminal to pick up the tiller and put it on my truck. He said that if that doesn t work they can have it delivered but they would have to leave it in the road and would be able to put it in my driveway. This has been the worst service Ever I know that it will be like pulling teeth to get my money back!!!! I would recommend get your attachments from the dealer or somewhere else these guys don t know the meaning of customer service! I m sure the owner of the company probably would not like that the company is being represented this way. Never against will I try to buy from this company
