I went in for an emergency late at night and I felt like they were rude. They expected me to have my dogs blood work and all her meds and and all her paperwork....I came for an emergency I was more worried about my dogs health than making sure I had all her paperwork like I would for a normal apt. The next night I had to bring her back in and the lady at the desk was much nicer this time....but the doctor came in and continued to call my dog by the wrong name which made me feel like they obviously didn't really look at her file nor care to know her name. Overall I am just not happy with them. We have dealt with them in the past and were dissatisfied as well but it sadly they are the only emergency vet in jacksonville. At this point I would rather drive the distance to Wilmington where I know my dog will be treated with care and honest concern
