Dishonest company that doesnt care about their customers experience. When we arrived on Thursday, we noticed the phone and internet were not working. Called Railey's "tech support" who sent someone out to take a look. They said there is an outage in the area and it should come back on eventually. 24 hours passed and it still wasnt on. We called Comcast to check on the "outage" only to find out there was no outage, rather the account was inactive. All they had to do was call and tell Comcast to resume service. Called Railey and told them this, they said they would take care of it, and never did. With several other options in the area, will not rent from them again.
