I have been a customer of Alfred Franks & Bartlett for many years now, and I must say that their service is average. Although they are reliable and deliver their products on time, their customer support could use some improvement. There have been times when I had issues with my order, and it took quite a bit of effort to get them resolved. Nevertheless, their products are of decent quality, and I do continue to purchase from them.
