🚲 I recently purchased a bicycle from this company and have been using it for the past few months. To be honest, my experience has been average. The website was easy to navigate and the checkout process was smooth. However, I encountered a few issues with the quality of the bike. There were some minor scratches on the frame and the gears had a tendency to slip. 🤔 I reached out to customer service and they were responsive, but it took longer than expected to get a resolution.
