I recently engaged with a consulting firm to assist with my business challenges and stumbled upon Serenius Consulting Group. Overall, my experience was decent. The website was user-friendly and provided a comprehensive overview of their services. They addressed my initial queries promptly and professionally. The consultants were knowledgeable and offered practical solutions to improve my business operations. However, there were some areas for improvement. The communication could have been more consistent and timely, as there were instances where I had to follow up for updates. In terms of pricing, it fell within the average range compared to other consulting firms. While I appreciate the efforts put in by Serenius, I believe there is a scope for enhancement in terms of client interaction and responsiveness to elevate the overall experience.
