I recently attended a conflict resolution workshop at crcminnesota.org and it was a great experience. The content was well-structured and easy to understand. The trainers were engaging and gave practical examples. I especially loved the role-playing exercises, which allowed me to practice the new techniques in a safe environment. Overall, it was a valuable learning experience and I highly recommend CRC's workshops!
