I bought my 2015 Prius II from them after a wreck led to the demise of my beloved Honda Element that had served me faithfully for over a decade. They didn't overly pressure me to buy a car and were awesome at not only helping to make sure my wife and I could get a good financing deal but also making sure we could get the car we wanted rather than settle. They provided us several options within our abilities and encouraged us to check the all out rather than push the most expensive ones on us. I always do a lot of research ahead of time when I make big purchases and this gave me some insight into how honest and open they were with us. I'd definitely trust them again for a future car purchase. Now, the purchase was made in April of 2017. I've since been back twice for scheduled maintenance. They are easy to schedule with and both times I was in and out as fast or faster than if I would have gone to a local auto shop. I have been immensely satisfied with my experiences at Sun Toyota.
