First let me say I had no issues with my salesman; however very disappointed with the overall car buying experience at Keffer.

I was not aware when I came in on Oct 5th that I was going to have to wait for my 18" wheels and tires which took over a week to come in. The final proposal price was incorrect and then when I finally got back to financing the paperwork was incorrect (once for finance charges & another for sale price). Check your paperwork thoroughly. Then, I was told last week that my Jetta had been paid off and as of today Oct 27th, it still has not been paid. I am not sure why it's taking so long to pay off my car that I traded. I had to make a car payment to VW Credit today for a car that hasn't belonged to me since Oct 5th along with a late fee! Then will have to turn around and make a car payment for my new car as well. This isn't acceptable.

Also the detail & cleanliness of my new vehicle was not the best when I picked it up. Windows were streaked and the tire gloss they apply to tires splatters all on wheels and body of car which leaves a awful black residue.

I went back and forth with Hendrick & Keffer on pricing. Although Keffer gave me the better price, I will not be back to Keffer for my future car needs which includes servicing and would not recommend your dealership to a friend or family member.
