I recently purchased LED lights from this company and was mostly satisfied with the product. The website was easy to navigate, and I found a decent selection of lights for my needs. The shipping process was smooth and the package arrived on time. However, I encountered a small issue with one of the lights, and the customer service response was a bit slow. It took a few follow-up emails to get a resolution. Overall, the quality of the lights is good, but the customer service could be more efficient. I'd give it an average rating. 🌟🌟🌟
