As a customer, I found the customer service to be exceptional. I appreciated the prompt responses and the helpful attitude of the staff. However, I encountered some technical difficulties on the website which was a bit frustrating. The website could use some improvements for a smoother user experience. Nonetheless, the overall process was straightforward and the final report provided was accurate and informative. 👍
