I have been a customer of Thurston Texas Operating CO LLC for a few years now, and I must say that their service is quite average. While they do deliver on their promises, there is still room for improvement. The communication with their staff can be a bit slow at times, and the overall experience is not as smooth as I would have liked. However, I appreciate their efforts and hope to see them make some positive changes in the future.
