We showed up for lunch and our waiter told us that...

We showed up for lunch and our waiter told us that he can't be accommodating because the place was so busy. Personally, busy to me is when the restaurant has a line of customers waiting to be seated. Not when you still have open tables. He never asked us if we wanted to split the bill prior to taking our order with 6 people. Once the food came, he didn't get the order right. Made me take the lettuce and tomato I ordered for my sandwich off of someone else's plate. He acted mad that we asked for drinks, ketchup for our fries and even more so when we asked to split the bill. The food was meh, not like I remember when Spats was just Spats and the service is certainly sub-par.
