Extrememly disrespectful to the fact we had an eld...

Extrememly disrespectful to the fact we had an elderly that could not go. We made the reservation 8 hours before our scheduled time. One of the elderly fell ill and we were told they would still be charged. Needless to say they tried to make us pay for 4 when only 2 were going to go. Reported my card lost so they couldn't charge me.
