Too bad there are only five stars. An Italian excellence that produces brains that envy us abroad. Too bad because in Italy they are not appreciated and are so forced to go abroad where they welcome them with open arms. The building that houses it is fascinating. It was officially born, by Napoleonic decree, October 18, 1810, as a branch of the Ecole normal superieure of Paris for the countries in which the use of the Italian language was authorized, but only in 1813 really began its activity, aimed above all to the formation of high school teachers. Now it is one of the most prestigious Italian universities.
