The people who work on the projects are good, but the culture is toxic, predominantly based on company leaders running it into the ground. They take advantage of young people looking for work but their investment in their people is minimal. It s all about appearances. Big contacts, but no money going into maintaining their workforce. I would not recommend linking yourself to this company, but if you choose to just keep in mind that their loyalty and care doesn t extend to their employees. Unless there are significant changes, I don t see them being around this time next year.
