My experience at MGC started out amazing and went down hill from there. Today I tried my dress on for the first time after ordering it, and instead of happy tears I was crying in absolute disappointment. The dress was so large I was not even able to tell what it looked like unless someone was holding it in 4 different places. I have not lost weight since being measured, I have in fact gained weight. I asked what the next step would be and the owner informed myself and my mother that they would not be moving forward unless I was to purchase another dress. They informed of this and as I was walking back to the dressing room so upset she had the audacity to correct how I was walking because I could damage the dress that they made clear they would not take back!! To top this horrendous experience off, when asked if we could try on something new they reacted with no regard for the fact that my mother drove 4 hours to see her daughter in a beautiful wedding dress, and said that I was too emotionally unstable to try anything else on. If you d like to be treated like dirt, your money thrown away and your wedding planning turned into a nightmare- go ahead and use Marie Gabriel Couture.
