This is my experience with Dale Stein Associates Odp. Overall, the service was average. The staff was helpful but not overly friendly. The prices were reasonable and the product selection was decent. However, I did encounter a problem with my order and it took longer than expected to get it resolved. The issue was eventually resolved to my satisfaction, but it was a bit frustrating. I would recommend the company, but with some reservations.
