I have been a customer of Gb computer and design co.,ltd for a few years now, and I must say, their service is average. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, but their response time could be improved. Sometimes it takes a while for them to get back to me with a solution. Overall, I would rate them 3 out of 5 stars.
