Josh is the best, he handles all the business at the same time making each client feel like they are special (even when he had to juggle unplanned client requests that can not be ignored). I am a long term Lexus client and have expanded other family members to buy Lexus, and the service team is a big reason that has occurred. I think you have a great service team.

I like to concept of the stand up desks so the team can face the clients and but I would raise height of the sitting area couches (so easier to get up and down) and expand length for most of the walls as end tables are not really helpful. If someone wants to stay longer, we walk into the middle of the building in the lounge area. It all about continuous improvement, you are either moving ahead or falling back, no such thing as static.
