They are kind, patient and understanding. They know what they are doing and saying, and walked through everything with me ensuring my phone was backed up before starting and.asked me to verify all my contacts, notes and text were there before I left the store. The time I went, ~4pm on a Sat, the Store was not packed (Shrewsbury, NJ location). Just really good customer service, besides the fact they had inventory and none of the other two had had any since Christmas. I left feeling very happy.
