Upon arrival, I asked to be put into room 8 for visitation. I was then told a nurse would be coming to get me when my girlfriend was situated in her room, and ready for visiting. I sat in the lobby 2 hours pasted and no one came to get me. I then proceeded to call by using the phone near the hallway door, and asked if I was allowed back. I was told yes, then I asked why it took so long and they said they had no knowledge I was waiting. One back in the room the Nurse in all black on August 17th, 2:28 am was extremely rude. I was given permission by the doctor to drink some water outside the room I was in. Nurse wasn t having it, and replied whatever, When he said it was fine. We aren t happy with the ER visit at all. I would give 0 stars if possible. I asked to step outside for some fresh air and apparently that wasn t allowed. Very poor quality hospital.
