I have been a customer of V2ex for a while now, and I must say that their service is average. While their website is easy to navigate and has a user-friendly design, I have found their customer support to be lacking. There have been times when I had issues with my account and it took them a long time to respond to my queries. Overall, V2ex is an okay company to work with, but there is definitely room for improvement.
