I recently used the services of a bid management company for my business, and overall, my experience was decent. Although The Bid Lab did not fully meet my expectations, they did a satisfactory job. The team was responsive and provided the necessary support throughout the process. However, there were some areas where I felt improvement could have been made. Nonetheless, I would consider working with them again if the need arises.
