A company that has a reputation for high quality, but does not deliver. I have an expensive 90sqm floor that now really needs replacing after only 18 months. Junckers have blamed me, but it is clearly the product that has not performed. Yes it has been exposed to daylight and occasionally a spill of water, but these have had catastrophic impacts on the floor. Poor product poor customer service.

Update following response from Junckers:

1) Yes you have always responded promptly. Does not make up for inferior product
2) Installer was available for discussion on the day of your visit - your representative said it was not necessary
3) High moisture readings around the sink do not explain damage gradually occurring over 6-12 months (per your representative no sign of continuing exposure to water) and do not explain damage in 6 more areas where there was no high moisture reading

You are again looking to blame me. Not helpful.
