We enjoyed being members here for many years. However, for the last year or two we've had countless bad experiences and just recently ended our memberships. We've had therapists smell like cigarettes, talk for 60-90 minutes straight, I've shown up and had to leave because my therapist was running 20 or 30 minutes behind, my husband's therapist wasn't wearing a bra at one appointment. When you're alone in a room touching a stranger you would hope they'd be a little more modest and professional, it made us both pretty uncomfortable. The front desk workers are very sweet and professional, but we just dont want to go back. I suggest supporting a local professional over a chain, that's what we'll be doing.
