Great class! I was new to the reformer machine, as I had previously taken classes at a different studio with a megaformer. The instructors were great and taught me how to use the reformer and kindly adjusted my form in class when I needed assistance. The classes are great and go by so quickly. Gail, one of the instructors, has a physical therapy background and is very knowledgable. I highly recommend taking one of her classes as she gives modifications for all different levels. The studio is also a great intimate setting which I enjoy. I have been several times and I always look forward to my next class.
