It's just the difference between what I'm looking ...

It's just the difference between what I'm looking for and what the hotel is targeting.
Not a problem for the hotel staff.
The following is just one individual's opinion.
Now it feels like a hotel for Chinese group guests, not for Japanese people.
There is also Japanese display from the previous remnants. .

BTS also looked forward to staying at Riverside soon.
During this period, it was unusually rainy, so it was a policy to value the environment, and it was thankful that the temperature of the rooms and corridors was not too cold.
The bath temperature and shower can be set very hot.
However, the number of towels is insufficient for a stay of 3 persons including a 3-year-old child.
The prepared towels also have an unusually strong chlorine odor.
Breakfast cannot be served unless arranged at the entrance.
Even if you line up, it will be a considerable time until coffee comes. Various kinds of rice are not at such a delicious level.
The corridors are uncomfortable with cigarettes of other customers who leave the room door open.
Requests for room service will not come for more than 40 minutes. Wait a long time even if I contact you again.
The way to get to the BTS can also be avoided from the rain and heat by moving inside the hotel (from Shangri-La Wing to Krung Thep Wing), but there is no such guide or wrong guide.
There is no guidance on the homepage.

In some places, there are nice staff but they are not cost effective.
The main target is group customers from China, and the comfort that we imagine is
Not very enjoyable (although the building is quite large)
