I have been a customer of Web element, inc for a few years now, and their service has been consistently average. While their website is user-friendly and their products are of decent quality, I have encountered a few issues with their customer support. It often takes a long time for them to respond to my inquiries, and when they do, the solutions provided are sometimes not satisfactory.
