Originally they opened as a rotating sushi bar that are very popular in Japan with different plates with different prices. In Japan it s more of a lunch thing which I m sure that s why they removed it and changed it up and now Benihana s type grills to generate more revenue. Nice ambience which you pay for with higher prices but good quality food.
