I usually don't bother writing these things, but my recent experience was so unequivocally terrible that I felt I had to warn people away from this establishment. It started with my pregnant wife almost slipping on some beer someone had spilled, which I asked for towels to clean up (and did so on my hands and knees while scowling hostesses on their cell phones looked on, not offering to help). After waiting 40 minutes for a table (despite that the restaurant was half empty) we waited another 10 minutes before a server stumbled upon our table. After we ordered we were informed that they were out of the items we ordered, so we ordered again... only to find they were out of that too. We finally settled on salad and sliders since it was the only thing they seemed to have left, and an unpalatable beer for me (recommended to me by the clueless server after they ran out of what I originally ordered). My sliders came about 20 minutes before my wife's salad (another 20 minutes after ordering) and were cold and ineligibly dry. My wife's salad was soggy with store-bought dressing and a cup of bland soup that had congealed into paste (hungry as we both were neither of us could even finish our food). I ordered a Dos Equis while my wife finished only to have a Miller Lite served to me in a tiny plastic cup instead of a pint glass.
It is also worth noting that our waitress offered only token apologies when it came time for us to tip her. Considering that for this awful experience we were still charged $45, this should be enough warning for anyone and everyone to avoid this place at all costs. Places like this, that profit simply off their beneficial location while grossly mistreating customers, deserve to close.
