I bought my LG 49UJ651V TV in December 2017, pay 750 in promo, 2 1/2 years later the TV screen is all purple and blue, unusable.
LG indicated to me that they were aware of the problem with this model, according to customer service this anomaly is recurring.

I received a negative response by email with no possibility of responding, I called customer service back to let me know that my procedure would end there, I could, if I wanted, send a letter to the head office in Paris.
A large group like LG must be irreproachable towards its customers.
For my part I DID A CROSS ON LG, very disappointed
