HCA must lack training with their on hand medical ...

HCA must lack training with their on hand medical staff and not provide them with enough information operation wise. I visited one of the HCA's hospitals emergency room on 2/2 for a laceration to my hand. The Dr who tended to the wound and stitched it up advised that they would like me to return in 10 days to have the stitches removed. The Dr stated that this service was performed at no charge to ensure the wound was healing properly. Low and behold I return on 2/10 and have received two bills (one for the facility and one for the NP) to have the stitches removed. Called on multiple occasions to talk to the facility director and accounting department to have cleared with no progress. So they can keep making their collection attempt the bills wont get paid due to false information/directions provided by the Dr.
